Connecting Alzheimer's & Dementia Organizations to Supporters & Clients

Website Update

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Weekly is providing its regular stream of news services without interruption. Catch all the latest updates here, on Facebook or on Twitter. Some other features are under repair or upgrade. Thanks for continuing to browse the site.
Latest update as of November 29: In the weeks ahead, we will be moving the old site over to this new platform in stages. If you have specific questions, feel free to email us using the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Weekly News-Letter’s address, nl@alzweek.com .

November 18 Update: While features are being restored, the thousands of videos & articles that make up aw3.alzheimersweekly.com and DementiaWeekly.com are securely backed up, as are the postings in the blogs and forums.

Fortunately, we caught a problem with the site early and in good time based on an alert from Google. A fresh newsletter was created, then reviewed and cleared with Google, thus ensuring there would be no interruption to your news service. Google’s report indicates that no readers were adversely affected. Other features should be restored safely as repairs are completed. We apologize for the interruption of service and appreciate your patience.

The weekly newsletter is going out on-time and as usual, keeping you up-to-date with the latest in research, insight and support.

Thanks for your continued support,

The Staff at Alzheimer’s & Dementia Weekly

This site was inspired by my Mom’s autoimmune dementia.

It is a place where we separate out the wheat from the chafe, the important articles & videos from each week’s river of news. Google gets a new post on Alzheimer’s or dementia every 7 minutes. That can overwhelm anyone looking for help. This site filters out, focuses on and offers only the best information. it has helped hundreds of thousands of people since it debuted in 2007. Thanks to our many subscribers for your supportive feedback.

The site is dedicated to all those preserving the dignity of the community of people living with dementia.
