Taking little excursions or just getting some air and sunshine is good for everybody – especially people with dementia. Here are some good tips to help you plan well, handle tricky situations and have a successful day.

Great, now that my Wife (who has Dementia/Alzheimer's) has seen this, She thinks she should be allowed to take her Mobility Scooter around the block to visit neighbors on her own. Now, how do you explain to her THIS is a BAD IDEA? So that she can understand and be in agreement with.

Thanks for the laugh Dan! So true does anyone have a clue about dementia. This is not always a good idea with end stages. You must know your relative or patient….
