this is very good point, seriously. Bad Cholesterol should affect blood supply in brain and tiny vessels in brain.

This article and video fail to deliver any practical advice, and they certainly don't say "what to eat each day to keep dementia away."

In the video above, at about 2:20, Dr. Gregger warns to cut down oxysterols to keep dementia away, and that "oxysterols can occur in foods, most notably milk powders, meat and meat products (including fish), cheese, eggs and egg products." Then at 2:40, he displays a chart with an extensive listing detailing many of these foods even further, with an emphasis on tuna and ghee.

Sounds practical.
